Refund Policy

Refund Overview

The refund amount varies based on how many days remain prior to the day of the event. All refund requests must be made via email to a member of the Rehab Graduate Fairs executive leadership team and explicitly request a refund, provide reasoning for the refund, and have the word “Refund” in the subject line.

60+ days prior till the day of the event. Full refund upon request. The full paid amount minus a processing fee of $50 will be refunded.

30 – 59 days prior till the day of the event. Half refund upon request. Half of the paid amount minus a processing fee of $50 will be refunded.

29 or fewer days till the day of the event including following the event. No refund will be provided.

 

Cancelled Fairs

In the event that a fair is actively cancelled by Rehab Graduate Fairs, exhibitors will receive credit for a future event or will be refunded the full amount of their exhibition at the event – decided by Rehab Graduate Fairs. These refunds and credits will be processed within thirty (30) days of the day the event was intended to take place.

 

Refund Time and Payment Channel

All approved refunds will be processed in thirty (30) days. Rehab Graduate Fairs reserves the right to process refund payments in the payment channel they see fit. Those seeking a refund may request a specific form of payment.
